Vinix is happy to announce Call Analytics BETA has arrived and is now available in the app drawer within the Vinix portal.
Users and/or Admins can now view up-to-date call analytics and reporting of all of their business communications. It's fast too! Loading an average of 10,000 calls per second.
With over a dozen Key Performance Indicators (KPIs, users can get a 360 degree view of their users, call queues, and call detail records. We have big plans for this application and have much more in store for the future and roadmap.
